As a retired person I wanted to improve my flexibility and movement.  Chris offered a range of exercises on a one to one personal trainer arrangement which I took up and have two, one hour sessions a week.  After 20 sessions my posture is vastly improved, my personal confidence has improved and I am moving, standing and walking so much better than before.  Chris has been a great find and I would have no hesitation recommending him to anyone else.  In fact my wife now also comes and Chris is working on her improved stamina requirement.  Thanks Chris!

 Chris is a great trainer. I've had loads of trainers before, and not managed to stick with it enough to lose the weight I wanted to. But Chris has been brilliant and I have finally  managed to achieve my target weight.

 Chris is a great trainer. II came to Chris after about a year out from the gym and he was brilliant. In 6 weeks we were down over 10lbs, he'd sorted my form for my Bench, Squat and Deadlift, and had me lifting heavier than I ever had before. Top, top guy. Can't recommend enough.
